Adult BJJ Program
Our adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program includes both gi and no-gi grappling as well as self-defense and sport-based Jiu Jitsu. With opportunities to train six days a week and a membership that includes unlimited classes, there’s a class time for everyone. Beginners can attend classes that focus on fundamentals and technique drilling to master the basics faster. Takedowns and self-defense moves are routinely worked in to class as well.
“Why should I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?”
The reasons are endless! The sport is mentally and physically challenging and may be just the thing you’re looking for if you’re growing tired of hitting the gym. With Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you’ll gain self confidence and become physically fit while improving your ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure. You’ll also realize the benefits of stress relief and potential for personal growth.
Kids BJJ Program
With convenient after-school class times, watch your child’s self-confidence and problem solving skills soar to new levels while they stay physically fit with a martial art that is fun and challenging for both their mind and body. They’ll learn patience, courage, and how to deal with failure, and you’ll be confident you’re giving your child valuable lifelong skills to defend him or herself.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai, the official national sport of Thailand, is defined at the “Art of Eight Limbs” because it utilizes all eight points of contact (punches, kicks, knees, and elbows). This is in contrast to kickboxing which utilizes a four-point striking system (punches and kicks). Our Muay Thai classes begin with a dynamic warm up, include shadow boxing, partner drills, pad work, and sparring for those who are interested.
Kids Karate Program
Karate is a great entry into martial arts for your child. Students learn kicks, blocks, punches, and how to break boards. As they advance through the black belt program, karate will build your child’s sense of self confidence, teach focus, and prioritize discipline — all in a positive environment.
