Connected BJJ is open 6 days a week.
Class Types
Every class includes a dynamic warm up, technique instruction and drilling, positional sparring, and live rolling. The warm up is composed of basic body movements that become the basis of multiple techniques. Drilling these builds muscle memory.

Fundamentals

Fundamentals classes include a structured warm-up with exercises that reinforce body movements relevant to Jiu Jitsu, technique instruction and drilling, and positional drilling, with optional rolling or live sparring. Ideal for beginners.

Adults

Adult classes include a structured dynamic warm-up, technique instruction and drilling, positional drilling, and live rolling.

Kids

Kids’ classes include a structured dynamic warm-up, technique instruction and drilling, learning through game play, and positional drilling.

Open Mat (aka "you time")

Open mat does not include a structured warm-up or technique instruction, but offers students additional mat time for live rolling and technique drilling. This is your time to work with a partner on anything you want.
